The Purpose and Meaning of Dream


In my view, there are many meanings and purposes of dream, and these are very helpful for our real life. I think the dream which is waked you up when you sleeping is have special meaning.Some of dreams are the sign of your health problem and also some show you pschologic problem, for example you are very stressful about your life. When people are very stressful or concentried about something, they always have a bad dream, because your dream want to tell you that you shoud relax in your real life. I think the purpose of dream is variety, the purposes are always different and depend on what dream you have. Some dreams' purpose to make you realize your problem and what is in the bottom of your heart,and some dreams are notices of the good or bad thing will happen. In China, the people always give a meaning of each dream, for example, if the expectant dreamed folowers that means they will have girl and if dreamed snake that the baby will be a boy...

The Psychologocal Theoty About Dreaming That Seems Most Plausible to You




For me, the activation-synthesis and the perspective theories of Allen Braun seem most plausible. According to the activation-synthesis theory of J. Allen Hobson, the brain produces random electrical energy during REM sleep. In my view that makes sense because our dreams are always random that we cannot control what is going to have in our dreaming. Also our dream always like jump from one place to another, so I believe that I caused by the random electrical movement. Second, Allen Braun’s theories that is a little bit similar with J. Allen Hobson’s because both of them believe that dreaming is a kind of brain working during our sleep. As Allen Braun mentioned the parts of the brain associated with emotion and visual imagery are strongly activated during REM sleep. I feel that the brain is working during the REM sleep that is the reason of why people dream.

Movie--The Pursuit of Happyness

This weekend I watched a movie which is named The Pursuit of Happyness, and it played by Will Smith. He is idol, and one of my favourite American actors, and he did a incredible job in this movie. After I wathed this movie I cannot control my tears falling down ..I got a lot of emotions in this movie...

This movie is a truly story of Chris Gardner and talk about the love of father and son, and the struggles of everyday. In here I donot want to talk about the plot of the movie I really suggest that you should wathe this movie....

When everything turns like very bad....even there were only 23 dollars left in Chris's bank accont, and he was kicked out by his apartment because he didnt pay rents. He didnt give up the hope of be a saleman..... untill he got succuss....

After Iwatch this movie I felt my life is so lucky...so lucky. I have my parents to pay my school, rents, credit card and their support, I have no reason that have a bad mark in my school or job..



How Can We Contribute to Good Health


What kinds of exercise do you do everyday? Do you have a good diet? Nowadays, along with the development of our competitive society, good health plays an important role in our lives. People focus on their jobs and their families. In the meantime, they ignore the most basic thing- health. There are more and more people killed by disease, such as cancer and heart disease because they do not care much about their healthy habits in the daily life. As a result, the rate of people afflicted with disease increased year by year and the key reasons are people do not have a good eating habit and over working. A bad eating habit has increased, and is a killer of people’s health. People who do not have a good diet during their life will affect the body a lot. For example, eating junk food such as McDonald’s there are some people who eat it everyday and they get sick. It’s only because people are so busy that they don’t have enough time to cook. We know that there are lots of fat and calories, but no nutrition inside of the food. That can cause the heart disease and hypertension. It also can make people become very week. In North America, there are many obese children and adults. They have very bad health. They need control their eating habits don’t eat so much fat. In today’s competitive society, people are overworked and do not have enough time to take care of their health. In China, if you do not work hard enough, your position will be replaced by another person. Therefore, the workers have to try their best to keep their jobs. Some people in order to get higher level in their workplace try to work over time to show their boss they have better ability. In that way people can not get enough rest, and this always contribute to health problems, so it’s necessary to have relaxation during your free time. If you only think about work and don’t take the time for yourself, you will lose your health. Therefore, people should pay more attention about the health and do not always focus on the work. All in all, how can we contributes to good health is based on ourself. We can not make others worry about their health, but we have the responsibility to make ourselves healthy. A healthy body is very important for everyone. We should have a good diet and stay in a comfortable, relax place to work. This is the right way to live.
